Where are my patterns and records stored?

On your device. Knitto has no sign-up and we do not run our own servers; we do not view or collect your patterns or records. They may be lost if you delete the app or lose your device, so please keep your original pattern files somewhere outside the app as well (Terms of Use, sections 3 and 4).

How do I turn off usage statistics?

Turn off Settings › About › Share Usage Statistics. No usage statistics are sent after that. Our Privacy Policy explains what is sent.

How do I delete feedback I sent or my information?

Email hello@needbase.co. It helps if you tell us which form you used, roughly when, and part of what you wrote. We don’t routinely ask for an account or ID. See our Privacy Policy for details.
